EFFECTIVE IMPACT: Network 2000’s NEW Mentoring Program:
The Mentoring Program consists of several component pieces
- Joint orientation for mentors and mentees (includes opportunity to network with Network 2000 membership)
- Four ½ day professional development sessions to educate and build skills for mentees
- Participation in social activities with NETWORK 2000
- One on one mentoring for each mentee with assigned mentor (supplemented by assistance of NETWORK 2000 membership for particular subjects/needs)

Note: Each session will be held at a different location, and may include a tour of that business and networking opportunities with executives of that business.

One on One Mentoring Sessions
- Each mentor-mentee team will meet at least one time per month at mutually agreeable times
- Other NETWORK 2000 members will be available to assist with specific topics/needs
