NETWORK 2000 ELECTS BOARD MEMBERS FOR NEW TERM
Eileen Rehrmann Named President
Baltimore—Network 2000, a nonprofit organization that promotes the advancement of women in professional and executive positions, elected new board members for the 2008-2009 term. The group’s new president, Eileen Rehrmann, is president of Eileen M. Rehrmann and Associates, Inc., a business consulting service in Baltimore.
Other officers serving in the 2008-2009 term include:
- President-Elect Ellen Yankellow, president and CEO of Correct Rx Pharmacy Services in Linthicum, Md. She lives in Monkton, Md.
- Vice President Karen Weatherholtz of Leadership Unlimited in Baldwin, Md. She lives in Baldwin, Md.
- Secretary Diane D’Aiutolo, partner at Tydings & Rosenberg, LLC, a law firm in Baltimore. She lives in Baltimore.
- Treasurer Louise Phipps Senft, president and owner of Louise Phipps Senft and Associates, a dispute mediation firm in Baltimore. She lives in Baltimore.
Newly elected President Rehrmann has run Eileen M. Rehrmann and Associates, Inc., since 1998. She specializes in problem solving; government, community and media relations; coalition building; and political, business, community and media strategies. She represents clients in health care, transportation, telecommunication and law enforcement.
In addition, Rehrmann served as county executive for Harford County, Md., where she oversaw a $376 million budget and 1,739-person workforce. Rehrmann developed the county’s first business plan and strategic plan, including its mission, objectives and goals. She also served as a state delegate, town commissioner and elementary school teacher. Rehrmann earned a B.S. in business and government at the University of Maryland. She lives in Baltimore.
Network 2000 (www.network2000md.org) is a statewide not-for-profit organization in Maryland composed of executive women and men. Network 2000 seeks to place women on corporate and not-for-profit boards and educates the public on the benefits of having women in decision-making positions. Members serve as role models and mentors to women seeking to advance their career and support philanthropic causes that align with Network 2000’s mission.
